Our Seabird Restaurant and Blue Point Tapas Bar have been sold to Claremont Company, along with Great Wolf’s Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center.

A special “thank you” to all of you who have dined with us over the past 7 years. We hope to have brought you great dining experiences and memorable celebrations. As we leave this Sheboygan chapter behind, we will remember the guests we served and the people we worked with fondly.

We will, of course, continue operating our other Weissgerber Restaurants, along with our newly renovated Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Delafield.

GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
We will be honoring all Weissgerber Gift Certificates under the new ownership through July 15th, 2011. After July 15th, you may redeem your Weissgerber Gift Certificates and use your Preferred Dining Cards at any of our other restaurant locations as always.
