GRAND BALLROOM – Located on our upper level has a capacity of up to 350 for formal sit down dinners. It features a pull down screen, fireplace, large dance floor, recessed adjustable lighting, tasteful elegant decor, bridal bathroom, and a panoramic view of Lake Nagawicka. Set up fee for the Rental of this room is $600.00. Peak Season (May thru October) the minimum capacity is 225 Adults on Saturday Nights. Saturday minimum capacity for off peak season (November thru March) is 175 Adults.
The Grand Ballroom can be divided into three sections any night other than Saturdays in Peak Season to accommodate smaller groups. It can be divided into:
ANCHOR ROOM (South) – The Anchor Room is part of the Grand Ballroom & features the dance floor, recessed adjustable lighting, tasteful elegant decor, bridal bathroom and panoramic view of Lake Nagawicka. Set up fee for the Rental of this room is $200.00. Sit down seating capacity is up to 150 people. Friday/Sunday Peak Season (May thru October) minimum is 100 Adults. During the week and off peak minimum is 75 Adults.
PILOT ROOM (North) – The Pilots Room is part of the Grand Ballroom & features the pull down screen, fireplace, recessed adjustable lighting, tasteful elegant décor, and a panoramic view of Lake Nagawicka. Set up fee for the Rental of this room is $200.00. Sit down seating capacity is up to 125 people. Friday/Sunday Peak Season (May thru October) minimum is 75 Adults. During the week and off peak minimum is 50 Adults.
TOWER ROOM – The Tower Room is part of the Grand Ballroom & features a wrap around panoramic view of Lake Nagawicka & floral lined grounds. The light airy feel of this room is perfect for smaller groups such as rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, birthdays or even a small ceremony. Set up fee for the Rental of this room is $100.00. Sit down seating capacity is up to 50 people with a minimum of 25 during peak season.
LAKESIDE TERRACE – Seven Seas Lakeside Terrace is Wisconsin’s most beautiful and unique setting for you party. Our covered lakeside pavilion features a gazebo entrance which leads to the floral lined patio, wonderful historic trees, and the dock. Imagine the entrance you would make when arriving by boat for you party! Photo Opportunities abound with enough room to capture your entire group on the lawn. Lakeside Terrace is available June thru September on Saturdays & Sundays. LST is not available Fridays from June thru August due to Fish & Chicken served to the Public. Set of fee for the Rental of this area is dependant on the time frame and usage. Sit down seating capacity is up to 325 with a minimum of 200 Adults on Saturdays. There is a minimum of 80 Adults for Sundays & during the week. All music must be concluded by 10:00 pm. Patio Bar is a wonderful start to your function prior to indoor dining – subject to availability.
CAPTAIN’S ROOM – The Captain’s Room is our best kept secret for cocktailing on or your ceremony. It is on our lower level & has a floral lined patio attached to the room which leads out to Lake Nagawicka. The trellis to the rear of the patio makes a spectacular backdrop for family photos or your wedding ceremony. The Captain’s Room has a casual feel & comes complete with a tile dance floor & surround bar overlooking the grounds & patio. Set up fee for the Rental of this room is $200.00. Sit down seating capacity is up to 85 people. Friday/Sunday Peak Season (May thru October) minimum is 50 Adults. During the week and off peak minimum is 40 Adults.
SEVEN SEAS ROOM – The Seven Seas room is located on our Main Level just off of our Main Dining Room. Seven Seas Room features our seaside mermaid mural for that tropical feel. Set of fee for the Rental of this area is dependant on the time frame and usage. It is available Sunday thru Thursday and Fridays/Saturdays from November thru April for groups of 25 minimum to 35 maximum people.
NEPTUNE’S ROOM – Neptune’s Room is our smallest private dining room accommodating 10 to 14 and is located on our Main Level between our Main Dining Room and our Sunset Bar. The Neptune’s Room features stained glass murals, 100 gallon fish tank and a large conference table – excellent for small dinner meetings or intimate anniversary parties. There is no set up fee for the Rental of this area and it is available on a first come- first served basis. So that it may be made available to as many as possible, maximum time frame of usage is 2 hours per group during peak season.
